Day 7, 15 Aug, Lewiston, Idaho, 75 mi, EAGLES

Two golden eagles AM, big change geography thru day- rolling wheat flds to high cliffs of rock going into Snake R. Rain on high pass preceeding 5 mi downhill run to Snake-bracing. Pics, LSR Wind Project, 100+ monster windmills; large cliff/bute over Snake, just up from Hellsgate State Park, camping tonight.

    I hope the cliffs don’t make riding much harder…they sound prettier! And two golden eagles…way cool. I hope the sleeping is good in the campground.
